lifestyle.
Goal Setting:
Those who set goals, develop a plan for how to achieve them, and monitor their progress, are more likely to achieve success. Those
with goals give more effort and are more persistent in the face of obstacles than those without goals (Module 10). We encourage
effective goal setting to help you adopt/maintain an active lifestyle.
