John Kontogiannis Eng 100 James Niessner How to Make the Perfect Crab Cakes One of my favorite things is making crab cakes because they taste good and are fun to make. My dad first taught me how to make crab cakes when I turned sixteen, and it has been a family tradition for years. For example, crab cakes are a great aphrodisiac. If you will be making dinner with your girlfriend, well making the perfect crab cake dinner now is done in three easy steps. First getting all the ingredients together can be quite a challenge. You will need some breadcrumbs or crackers to start for crab cake filler. After crushing all the filler up you most likely will need to go out and buy some crabmeat, personally, Jumbo Lump is a personal favorite but back fin and claw are excellent as well. A few oysters so the night can end just as amazing as it started. Everything else will most likely be found in the kitchen and it consists of eggs, paprika, and lemons. Then with your girlfriend, you will now start to prep the crab cakes. By mixing together
