Beat until the cream thickens with anelectric beater at high speed. Stir with a spoon through the chocolate until mixed then pour into a bowl for freezing.4.Fritters-Sift flour into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Using a fork, whisk milk and eggs together in a jug until combined.
