Introduction:     The prediction of the power of technology and innovation started a long  time ago and still concisely continues now and in the future. Frohman, in his  article   “Technology   as   a   Competitive   Weapon”,   published   in   the   Harvard  not ensure that companies will successfully exploit technology as a competitive  weapon. It needs more ingredients in the development of new technology. The  three rules that the above author stated are: top management orientation, project  selection criteria, and system and structure. Not only should top level managers  recognize   the   crucial   role   of   technology   and   innovation   and   have   a   related  technological   background,   but   also   they   should   have   the   basic   fundamental  components such as sales, marketing, manufacturing in company’s structure to
