After making your selection, state specific traits (list at least three) that make this person an effective leader. State how this leader has affected your decisions either in the workplace or in your everyday life. Please utilize specific text book theories/terms to substantiate your analysis (transformational, visionary, reward power, Fiedler Model, etc). The famous people whom Ive had conversations with include Rick Santorum, Jack Hubley, Davy Jones, Kim Lemmon, and I touched Bruce Springsteen at a recent concert.
