Johns and Ken Martin, COURSE CONTENTS The design and implementation oF analog integrated systems in CMOS, BiCMOS, and Bipolar technologies will be discussed in this course though the emphasis will be on CMOS. Knowledge oF analog circuit design and device physics will be assumed. The course will include the design oF systems such as Data Converters (both Analog-to-Digital and Digital-to-Analog), ±ilters, PLLs, and Oscillators.
