BME-533 SEMINAR IN BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING FALL 2009 Time & Location: Mondays 12:30 - 1:30 pm OHE-132 Coordinator: Michael Khoo, PhD [email protected] Grading Policy: The grade for this 1-unit course is Satisfactory/Fail. For On-Campus Students : You will get credit for the course if you attend at least 80% of all seminar presentations excluding the first one on August 24. For DEN Students : Since it is difficult for us to verify “attendance”, for grading purposes, a 1/2-to-1 page summary of the topics covered in each lecture is required. You will need to submit summaries for at least 80% of all lectures given to receive a “Satisfactory” grade in the class. Submission by email of the summary for each lecture should be completed by Noon (Pacific Time) on the Monday following the lecture in question.
