In consequence, the landlord has the right to cancel the contract, demand the property and evict Erika, ask Aron for the payment for the remaining of the lease, and keep the security deposit as a the right to receive damages for breach of contract.In the other hand, Landlord cannot deny access to Erica. He has to evict her in order to take possession of the property. Usually and as a real estate agent, what we do is negotiate the vacancy of the property.
