A square loop of wire of side length a can rotate about a horizontal axis as shown here in cross section. The loop is located in a uniform magnetic field r B which points in the vertical direction. The unit vector is perpendicular to the plane of the loop. $ n axis r B $ n θ (a) What is the magnetic flux through this loop when it is oriented at the angle shown? (b) If the loop is rotated about this axis at a rate of N revolutions per second, so that increases at a constant rate, find an expression for the magnetic flux through the loop at any instant.
