As a follow up to Chem. 8A, chem. 8B continues with the nomenclature, structures, and reactions of major classes of organic compounds. This course is for students majoring in areas other than chemistry. Important Details In order to keep your enrollment in the course, you must show up for the first laboratory period promptly. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of your enrollment in the course. Note that the labs begin on Tuesday, August 4. Exam locations: This list is posted on the web, and inside the labs (For your exam to be graded you must take the exam in your assigned room.) CHE-8B has a course materials fee of $ 40.
