Scoring low in the Naturalistic section means that I do not always understand the balance needed to achieve perfect performance. Scoring high in Verbal Linguistics means that I will be able to communicate well with fellow learning team members, I will be able to explain something without sounding superior or irritated and I have a better understanding of word meaning, so I choose words carefully. Scoring low in Naturalistic means that I will have to work at finding the balance in communication with my team members. 12/15

Dick Woods Logical - Mathematical Interpersonal Scoring high in logical/mathematical means that I will be an excellent resource to pave the way or find the quickest best path for others to follow. This will enable team performance to be high if this can be communicated quickly. Scoring low in Interpersonal has implications that when I need to get new information for myself or disbursed to the group.
