Matt Speight a. Interpersonal skills, I work fairly well in groups and can communicate quite effectively to others my plans and what should be accomplished. However, communicating my ideas to those with less education could be difficult and complicated for me. b. Communication skills, My writing skills could use a lot of work. I would have a hard time proposals and technical papers convincing my colleagues why my idea is best, while drawings could make me look much better as an engineer. c. Leadership, I feel my leadership skills at times can be great. My flaw seems to be my ability at actually achieving the leadership position, as I am often too timid to interject my opinion or tell others the problem with what is occurring. d. Competence, I believe my competence should be of excellent quality when it comes to applying the math and science learned. e. Logical thinking, I believe logical thinking is probably my biggest strength. I am constantly figuring out problems through logic. f.
