FINAL EXAM REVIEW

The final exam will take place on Wednesday, December 10th from 8:3011:00 am and will cover ev
erything in the course. It is strongly recommended that you review your assignments and the first exam in
addition to all lecture notes. Some specific comments regarding the sections we covered in the course are
below. NOTE: During the exam, you will be given a copy of the covers of the text and all pertinent tables.
CHAPTER 1:
1.2: Intersection, Complement, Venn Diagrams.
1.3: Probability set function (3 properties), Theorems 1,2, 3, 4,and 5.
1.4: Conditional Probability, Multiplication Rule, Law of Total Probability, Bayes’ Theorem, and Inde
