Antonio Luo Topic Outline I. Smallpox is a deadly virus that has been spread through out the course of history. A. There’s no cure to smallpox, only vaccination. B. Seeing the damage that it has caused in the past, the world is very much vulnerable to another outbreak C. It’s capable of infecting people through physical contact or their respiratory system with a smallpox victim. D. Smallpox is a viable bioterrorist threat that has the potential to change the modern world dramatically because of its highly infectious nature. II. Smallpox was bonded with the numerous deaths in the 20th century. A.
