was and had to calculate each. Through our fat free mass we were also able to see what the relationship between power and FFM was. Through the Wingate bike sprint we were able to calculate all of the power and work that we were doing. 1.) I definitely did not fall into the power categories that I expected. My peak and average power were both below average, something that I was not expecting. This is possibly because I came to the 8am lab instead of my usual 4pm lab. If I came to my 4pm lab like usual I may have been more rested and ready to do this strenuous exercise. Also my relative peak power and average power were average and above average respectfully. This is more like what I was expecting. Although I wasn’t expecting anything way above average, I was expecting to be in the average category and not below average. Something
