Law & Society I David Chapman 0157541 Journal: Marbury v. Madison This article which brings up the very historical Supreme Court Marbury v. Madison. Marbury vs. Madison was a very influential case in United States history which the decisions influenced the powers of congress by loosely interpreting the Constitution and its provisions. I feel that this interpretation, although rarely apposed in today’s society, it was a wrongful interpretation of the constitution. The constitution as it was WRITTEN, without prejudice , Remember, under the Common Law, you are free to do whatever You want as long as you do not infringe upon the life, liberty, Or property of anyone else. If you do not want to perform, you don't have to. The only way you can be compelled to perform under the Constitution in the continental United States, is if you have entered a contract. But, if you are not under a contract, you cannot be compelled to perform.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
