Problem Specification: I was required to create a program that would allow a user to enter any name of a baby and enter whether it was a boy or girl. Once they did this, the program should then tell the user what the name was ranked by popularity from the 1900’s – 1990’s. The program should then allow them to choose to continue playing or not. Testing Plan: I tested our program by running it after writing ever little bit of code.
