Assignment #:1 Due date: 6/8/2009 Name: Maria Bobadilla Problem #: 2 Using the method of simultaneous solution for a set of linear equations, write a script for Ex. 2.9 Pseudo code/Approach: 1. Open a new M-file. Then enter the components for array A which will be all the coefficients in front of the x variables and array B which are the totals. 2. Input an equation that will give the output for the x-values; in this case, x will be equal to the product of the inverse A and B: x=inv(A)*B MATLAB code: (see attached) Results: (see attached)
Assignment #: 1 Due date: 6/8/2009 Name: Maria Bobadilla Problem #: 3 Write a script to solve Ex 2.11 Pseudo code/Approach 1. Ask the user to enter the x coordinate for the first point 2. Ask the user to enter the y coordinate for the first point 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the second point 4. out:distance = sqrt((x1-x2)^2+(y1-y2)^2);
