First of all, welcome and thank you for purchasing my recipe ebook Meal Prep Like A Boss! I'm constantly overwhelmed with the amount of positive feedback I get from all of my Good Eats Perth clients, so I decided to create this little eBook with the recipes from my current 2017 winter menu. Since I was young I have always had a passion for cooking. On graduating from school at 17 years of age, I enrolled to study commercial cookery and hospitality at Polytechnic West and 3 years later became a qualified chef. I suggest cooking large batches of meals at the start of the week or perhaps more conveniently, on the weekends. Most of the recipes in this e-Book are meal prep friendly and can be made in bulk for the week. Your freezer will become your best friend when it comes to meal prepping. When you are cooking be sure to make extra portions so that you can freeze some for a later date. This will save you time and effort and you will always have a nutritious meal in the house ready for those ‘I’m too tired to even think about cooking’ days. Pop into your local supermarket or packaging warehouse and buy yourself some plastic take-
