Non sequitur arguments I washed my car this morning. So we can be certain that it’s going to rain later today. I am opposed to the proposed anti-smoking by-law and will vote against it at the Council meeting. Such a by-law is inappropriate in a city in which the Imperial Tobacco Company is one of the largest employers The movie of Anna Karenina was pretty boring; it is really nothing more than a soap opera set in Imperial Russia. I’d always thought it was supposed to be a great novel. I guess I was wrong.
