End caps? Have kiosks in the middle of the aisle? b. Explain why you picked this type of positioning in different departments 3. Indicate the general flow of customer traffic through the store using arrows. Explain if this store will employ a controlled traffic pattern or more of a “free flow” pattern. (5 points)
