ESL 145 "How to" Speech How to keep your body physically fit and healthy? Do you think fat people are not healthy? If you say yes, then do you think thin and skinny people are healthy? What is standard of health? Every person has different shapes and different opinion about health, so it is not an easy question. I have three things to share with you about this. Diet attitude, mental attitude, and genetic. These three things are maintainable keys for our bodies to keep healthy. First, Diet attitude. It's one of the happiest thing is eating food. Can you imagine how miserable if you can't eat food when you want to eat. Yes, we are happy and satisfied when we eat food, but majority of them don’t really care for what they eat. These days, people try to avoid fast food and junk food because we know the fast food or junk food is not good for your body but we can't be picky all the time. Whatever reason: money, time, and place. But some of people who really want to take care of
