The brewing began as a mereexperiment by group friends, but since then, it has grown to produce more than 40 million litersper year. This beer was named 961 after the international dialing code of Lebanon. Some of thecommon brands brewed by this company include; lager, red ale, porter, and pale ale. Thecompany's lager won the 2012 Hong Kong international beer of the year. However, from 2006the company has gone through a lot of challenges to achieve its peak performance. Currently, thecompany is facing a lot of challenges which should be strategic decisions to solve and make it inthe competitive market (Bettina, 2019). One of the main problems faced by this company washow to meet the competitive beer market in Lebanon from companies like Almaza and pilsner,which already dominated the local beer market. Also, the company was selling only 29 millionper year due to the country's small population of four million citizens by the year 2016, loweringits domestic market supply. This paper seeks to discuss under the framework of financialanalysis, SWOT and PEST analysis the factors which contributed to the success of this companyand the role they play in expanding the company and meeting the customers’ demands.PEST AnalysisPolitical: The Company is located in a country experiencing frequent domestic andinternational wars, which makes it hard to flourish and realize its full potential in production andmarketing.
