Section 1: Introduction Include a rationale and overview for the project. Identify change requirements and opportunities. Align to the strategic goals of the organisation. The purpose of this plan is to increase the market share of the Fast Track Courier Pty Ltd in Sydney. Get 2,5% more than we are getting today, (5%), objective: 7,5%. With it was developed a plan with some objectives to reach these goals. They are: (1) to lessen the potential for drivers to lose their way, hence the GPS; and (2) to gain a better understanding of the average time taken to deliver packages, hence the PDA. But, unfortunately they couldn’t continue it. So now we are resuming the project. Page | 3
