His COMPOSITION is different (silicon chips rather than biochemical parts) In addition: 3. They are PREPROGRAMMED, therefore DETERMINED. Their behavior is PREDICTABLE. 4. So they do not have FREE CHOICE or FREE WILL like we humans. Who the f*** is Lycan??? Author, well I guess the dude infers that unless someone is forcing the robot Harry to do something, then he is free. 5. Computers just “CRUNCH BINARY NUMBERS” 6. They lack CONSCIOUSNESS or CONSCIOUS EXPEREINCE. What’s going inside people? Blah who knows, it’s just our stupid behavior. Is behavior in a machine will answer our question of who we are?
