However, it is not the best incentive forensuring a happy and motivated workforce. Other approaches can equally boost their moralehence the need for a multi-dimensional approach. Therefore, the organization needs to cultivateand embrace a positive workplace culture that promotes employees’ motivation and performancethrough various approaches. Workplace culture encompasses elements such as organizationalvalues, beliefs, ethics, responsibility, empowerment, norms, assumptions, and control (Agarwal,2018; Kumar, 2016; Narayana, 2017). Therefore, the approaches should prioritize the aboveelements to create a positive workplace culture. According to Narayana (2017), positiveworkplace culture is associated with employee satisfaction, mutual trust among employees,workplace autonomy, positive attitudes, and effective communication which ultimately improvestheir performance. The organization can achieve a positive workplace culture throughapproaches such as the establishment of clear ethos and values, providing growth opportunitiesto the employees, fostering effective communication and collaboration, and having a rewardsystem to recognize their performance.
