SPN 507 Lab Situations A. REGATEAR EN LA PLAYA ESTUDIANTE 1: You are a tourist on spring break at the beach in Venezuela. There are many vendedores ambulantes (walking vendors) on the beach selling clothes, jewelry, hats, etc. You want to buy some souvenirs from them, so you use your Spanish skills to communicate what you want, ask if they have it in other colors, and finally bargain a good price. ESTUDIANTE 2: You are a Venezuelan vendedor(a) ambulante working on the beach. You must describe what items you are selling, and how much they are. Remember, you take only bolivares, not dollars (approx. 2000 bs = $1usd). You try hard to sell as much as you can and get the highest price for it, but in the end you allow some bargaining to get the sale. RESOLUCIÓN (ESTUDIANTES 1 Y 2) You both want to get the best deal out of the sale, so you must come to a compromise on the price. VOCABULARIO ÚTIL: LOS VERBOS: FRASES INTERROGATIVAS: regatear ¿cuánto cuesta? comprar
