This lab will concentrate on precipitation and oxidation-reduction reactions concerning the alkaline earth metals and halogens. After recording such information, one will be able to determine an unknown compound (#6) given during the experiment. Experimental Procedure The procedure within the lab manual (pages 13-20) was utilized during the experiment.
