May 19, 2005 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to request an interview to discuss the possibility of future employment as a Child Care Counselor or related position with KidsPeace. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Kutztown University. I am looking to further sharpen my crisis management and client education skills as well as my ability to be an effective community advocate and health educator for children living with mental illness. I offer a blend of experience regarding strengths-based counseling, health education, political systems and biopsychosocial research, as well as great oral and written communication skills. My most significant job experience was at the Reading Office of Aging, where I was a social work intern conducting needs assessments for our older adult clientele living in the community.

Should you require additional information, please feel free to contact me via telephone (XX) or email (XX). I look forward to hearing from you in the future. Sincerely, Name, B.S. Candidate...
