Sterosyping is common in the healthcare system and as such, it does allow room for one to perceive that their ways are more superior and as such does reflect in their actions. Healthcare provider and patient have different cultures, and as such the patient may be approach as it they are less than the provider or vice cersa, which usually increases miunderstanding which may lead topoor or dissatisfied patient care outcome. On a lighter note, ethno ccreates allegiance and a bond when all involved hace a [erceived sense of likeness and helps in efforts to build and unite so as to achieve a stated goal or intention.
