International Organizations International Organization : the ways states arrange themselves for purposes of promoting cooperation and collaboration. International Organizations : Are the institutions that states build to organize their transactions(diplomatic, social, political, economic, scientific, you name it). When states sign treaties with each other, they create institutions to help manage the relationship (NATO, UN, EU, OAS OAU!).
