This class will have two constructors. The default constructor creates a frame with no title whose width is one-third the width of the screen on which it is rendered and whose height is one-third the height of the screen on which it is rendered. The second constructor will be a parameterized constructor that will have two explicit parameters: title and topLeft, where title is a string that appears in the title bar of the frame and topLeft is a reference to a Point object that holds the coordinates of the top-left corner of the frame.
