Trinh 1 David Trinh Professor S. Bricker ENGL 032 31 July 2008 Midterm It was a clam Sunday morning, with birds chirping, the light breeze of the wind and children playing at the park. David was sitting on the park bench thinking about what happen six months ago when he first told Tiffany he liked her. David says to himself “Wow, I can’t believe it’s already been 6 months since I last told Tiffany how I felt.” David wake up early in the morning gets ready and heads to the park. David takes a seat on the swings waiting for Tiffany to arrive. Tiffany sneaks up behind David and surprises him. Hey David, It seemed important on the phone” said Tiffany. “Oh it’s nothing really…I just have something to tell you, something that’s been on my mind, but I don’t know how to tell you?” said David. “Well just tell me David.” Tiffany replies. David stares at the floor for a while then confesses his love towards Tiffany. Tiffany knew this was going to happen so she didn’t know what to say to him. She didn’t want to hurt his
