44 Exp#6: Digital Logic Welcome to the digital world. This lab is an introduction to the fundamentals of digital logic. The lab is divided into 3 parts. Complete the appropriate part of the checklist and have a staff member check it for each stage in succession. The take-home question requires you to hand in a single paragraph explanation of the observations in Part1. This is due one week from today, before 2pm. Part 1 Convert a triangle wave to a square wave using (a) an ordinary inverter (7404) and (b) a Schmitt trigger inverter (7414). Establish the connections for the circuit outlined below. Set the function generator to a triangle wave with a peak value of 5V, low value of 0V, and frequency of approximately 10Hz. Check the signal properties carefully on Ch1 of the VScope. When (and only when) all connections are complete and verified, apply the 5V from the power supply. Observe the output on Ch.2. Measure the threshold voltage (
