ARGUMENT: The U.S. government commits crime against its citizens in order to maintain control and extort them. This criminality has become systemic of our society. a. Criminality and the State i. Definition – criminality in general is central to the governing of government. 1. Criminality is systematic – ranging from assassination, fraud, theft, extortion, in every aspect. ii. Examples of State committing crimes against the people 1. Federal Reserve Bank and Federal Income Tax a. 16 th Amendment never ratified by the states b. IRS has been used as a political weapon i. Example: Joe Louis – African American boxing champion considered to be one of the greatest heavyweight boxing champions that ever lived. ii. One argument for his problem with the IRS—he was undermining white supremacists who believed whites were physically superior and more powerful (Hamamoto argument)
