For each of the following discussions address questions like, “how does the circuit determine when to recycle? How does it determine which state to recycle to? Which state transitions are synchronous? Which state transitions are asynchronous? How does this circuit count? Discuss the method used to modify the 0-5 counter. -The circuits determines when to recycle because I have a NAND gate connected to the resets that is tied to the output 6(110) by NAND-ing the outputs of the 2 highest bits and not-ing the LSB -It knows to recycle to the 000 state because I have the NAND gate tied to the clear, which clears the circuit to 000 -The clock is the synchronus part of the circuit because they are all tied to the same clock(input) -The counter itself is asynchronous because they rely on eachother QB relies on QA and
