Define the period T of a waveform. -Time in seconds for 1 cycle of the waveform Define the frequency of a waveform. -Cycles per second If the Period of waveform 2 is four times longer than the Period of waveform 1, what is the frequency of waveform 2 relative to waveform 1? -The frequency would be a fourth of the amount If a decoder output goes HIGH for one state of a MOD N counter, what is the frequency of the decoder output? -Frequency would be the decoder value How many clocks does it take for the most significant bit of a MOD N counter to complete one cycle? -For the MSB to complete one clock cycle would be the same amount of time for the whole circuit to count up to its full value What is the frequency of the most significant bit of a MOD N counter? -The frequency of the clock, dividing by 2 for all the outputs before it
