To achieve this they must organize and systematize the information necessary to complete the knowledge and description of the product. Communication is essential in any type of organized activity and ends up becoming an essential factor for it to function properly.Purpose and ScopeThis document discusses the facts and problems related to the presentation and possible manufacture of a new product at AcuScan. In addition to the creation of a completely new product, the main objective of the company is to establish its position as the leading company in the manufacture of iScanners. The process includes written and verbal communications with various department heads, and everything concerning the inferred questions of those conversations. This document will summarize the situation, present the findings and problems, formulate solutions and offer recommendations for the possible solution of these problems.Summary of the SituationThe operation at this time is in a status of creation and evaluation.
