Sources of Marital Conflict Disagreements are very common even in happy  relationships 1 to 3 per week, with 1 or 2 ugly ones a month Division of labor, jealousy and possessiveness, sex,  money and possessions, social network, children,  what to eat, where to go, when to go, what to do, etc.,  etc. It’s not whether there’s conflict that matters, but  rather how it’s dealt with
