Activities and programs offered by the brand are followed through. ii. The GM must also ensure the hotel passes Quality Inspection 1. Can also be called Quality Assurance Scores (QA) iii. Talents Needed 1. Well-developed interpersonal skills 2. Persuasive abilities 3. Listening skills 4. Effective writing c. Community Relations
