I/O Psychology Grading Rubric (20 points possible) No longer than 2 double spaced pages (12 pt, Times New Roman) Think about a process that is inefficient, and try to make it more efficient. Note that you do not have to have the technical expertise to know how to implement your plan, but that you should think about what it would take to implement your plan in a broad sense (e.g., does my plan require wireless technology?). This is a task given to human performance professionals, and is something that every individual can, and (if I may be so bold) should monitor in their personal and professional lives. If your idea refers to a developmental period not yet covered, read up on the relevant chapters. Include in your discussion: 1. What is the current practice and what is inefficient about it; 2. How do you propose to increase the efficiency of the practice; 3. Constraints on the process (e.g., developmental limitations); 4. Potential for push back from people who do not like your changes (if applicable)
