Find three examples of companies that have achieved ISO 9000 certification. Describe what unique quality initiatives these companies have implemented. Are there any quality processes or activities that these organizations have in common? Now do the same thing for Six Sigma. Find three examples of companies pursuing Six Sigma and describe what unique quality initiatives these companies have implemented.
