MBA 511 - Quantitative Methods Practice Exam This practice exam has five questions. This will give you an idea of the type of questions you can expect to see in the exam. Needless to say, the questions will not be exactly the same but somewhat similar. The key to the exam will be the assignments. Please make sure that you go over the example questions we used in the class sessions and solutions that have been posted for the assignments. 1. As part of hiring customer service representatives, GhostEmployees Inc. requires all applicants to take a standard aptitude test. Past data shows that the scores from this test are normally distributed with a mean of 525 and standard deviation of 55. If an applicant scores over 600, they are automatically invited for an interview. If an applicant scores less than 425, they are automatically rejected. The rest are put in the “maybe” category. The personnel manager at GhostEmployees wants to calculate the percentage of applicants who are automatically accepted or rejected for interviews.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
