W.H Freeman & Co.; ISBN: 0716761726 Material: It is your responsibility to learn and understand the material covered in the textbook and lectures. Lectures are designed to clarify the textbook and emphasize topics. Success in this course will be strongly correlated to your mastery of the problems in each chapter we cover. Spend the majority of your time studying these problems and being able to answer them without the solutions manual. Lectures: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 3:00pm-3:50pm January 5 th through to March 13th Discussion Sections: Sections are scheduled to aid you in understanding the material presented in lectures. It is strongly recommended that you attend these tutorials. No part of your grade will be derived from these sections.
