Laura Simon Eng 110-031 Mr. Burns 5/13/07 RJ-16 The situation involves a man named Robert who gets married and cheats on his wife. Robert’s friends find out and decide whether or not to tell Robert’s wife. Since adultery is not a good value and goes against the ten commandments, Robert’s friends are mad at him for cheating on his wife and threaten to tell if he won’t stop. In this situation it is very hard for people to decide what to do. If someone tells Robert’s wife, then that person will be invading private matters that are really ones that only belong to and should involve Robert and his wife. However, Robert’s wife’s family members say that they would definitely tell Robert’s wife because they feel that it is their business to care for the well being of a family member. Everyone has different degrees of responsibility to different people in life and family is the highest degree of responsibility in which people have. When a friend’s spouse or significant other is cheating on them, and the friend finds out,
