Unformatted text preview: Pierce 1 Kortney Pierce Mrs. Lilly Johnson CommSkills 1:25 January 28, 2008 Never Give Up, Always Persevere In the book Love in the driest season , Neely and Vita went through many hardships trying to save a young baby girl by the name of Chipo. Doing so was a very expensive and long process but they were able to succeed and truly help this girl. Reading this story reminded me of my baby nephew, Peyton, who also needed some saving of his own. He too, like Chipo, was in a bad health position. My brother and his family also had to spend a lot of money on helping Peyton survive and grow up to be a normal child like those around him would be. I would like to inform those that believe they cannot persevere to rethink that decision and never give up because with enough patience and will power you can achieve the goal. Neely and Vita adopted a Zimbabwean baby by the name of Chipo from a local run-down orphanage. They chose this baby girl because she a head full of hair and big beautiful eyes but orphanage....
