Those in the healthcare ground have been particularly predisposed toburnout due to the undue and irresistible stresses essential in this field. Between these healthcarepersonnel at particularly increased risk for burnout are nurses.Nurses are constantly working in stressful workplace settings that demands not onlyphysical strong point, but sensitive, mental, and spiritual strength as well. Due to these highanxieties, the nursing occupation is at high risk for burnout. High stages of pressure and senseoverwhelmed cause reduced value in enduring care, reduced job gratification, and can eventuallycause the nurse's attitude on the nursing occupation to convert negative or cause reduced passionfor the field. As a consequence of the growing incidence of nursing burnout, there is an increasedneed for involvement to reduction nursing burnout.Robbins, Judge (2013) stated that an individual who has a high level of job satisfactionwill have a positive feeling toward his/her work. Conversely, an individual who has a low level2

Andto limit theconnection between work-life stability and burnout managing near nurse’s structural pledge andjob satisfaction as overriding variable.Research questionsThe problems that become the formulation of research problem in this topic are: howdoes work-life balance affect job satisfaction?
