Include problem, significance to nursing, purpose, objective, and research question Summary of the study Burnout, which is well-defined as long-lasting job -associated pressure, inside the workroom has become progressively widespread question between workforces. Those in the healthcare ground have been particularly predisposed to burnout due to the undue and irresistible stresses essential in this field. Between these healthcare personnel at particularly increased risk for burnout are nurses. Nurses are constantly working in stressful workplace settings that demands not only physical strong point, but sensitive, mental, and spiritual strength as well. Due to these high anxieties, the nursing occupation is at high risk for burnout. High stages of pressure and sense overwhelmed cause reduced value in enduring care, reduced job gratification, and can eventuallycause the nurse's attitude on the nursing occupation to convert negative or cause reduced passion for the field. As a consequence of the growing incidence of nursing burnout, there is an increasedneed for involvement to reduction nursing burnout. Robbins, Judge (2013) stated that an individual who has a high level of job satisfaction will have a positive feeling toward his/her work. Conversely, an individual who has a low level 2

It may affect the individual’scommitment to his/her work.Aim of the studyThe present-day learning aims to explore affiliation between nurse’s role surplus , tension and administrative coping strategies (i.e. balanced problem solving, acquiescent distancing, in search of support/ventilation and unreceptive wishful thinking. And to limit the connection between work-life stability and burnout managing near nurse’s structural pledge and job satisfaction as overriding variable.Research questionsThe problems that become the formulation of research problem in this topic are: how does work-life balance affect job satisfaction? How does burnout affect job satisfaction? How does work life balance affect organizational commitment? How does burnout affect organizational commitment? How does work-life balance and burnout affect organizational commitment with job satisfaction as intervening variable? How to manage nurse’s work-life balance and burnout?
