ECE740 Term Project, Autumn 2004 Posted 11/21/2004 Due 12/06/2004 Monday 5pm at CL069 A distribution system is shown below: 1) Calculate the per-unit system using given base voltage 63 kV on Bus 1 and base MVA value 10 MVA for the entire system. 2) Calculate Y BUS model of the system for power flow analysis. 3) Give Gauss-Seidel algorithm for solving the power flow problem of this system, assuming Bus 1 is the swing bus (equations only).
