Bruin OnLine’s mail servers require encrypted credentials (SSL/TLS) for security (see Portal >  Training > Email). You will need to be familiar with enabling SSL and also changing port numbers,  as users often forget to enable SSL, or their ISP blocks outgoing mail on port 25. Please note where the SSL and port configuration dialogs can be found (the two might be separate)
