9/14/2009 Review questions for Bio 1A Lectures 6-7 1. We only ask you to memorize a few reactions in Bio1A. The oxidation of glucose is one of them. Memorize it . What goes in? What comes out? What’s the ΔG? 2. Is the oxidation of a glucose ring a catabolic or an anabolic process? What kind(s) of energy do you start with? What kind(s) of energy do you end up with?
